First European expert consensus on Rotation atherectomy

A group of highly experienced Rotablator operators published in Eurointervention in November 2015, the first consensus statement establishing a basis for a standardised protocol for rotational atherectomy (RA).
This consensus statement highlights a selection of best practices promoting rotablation as a safe and efficient technique to treat heavily calcified lesion as a primary strategy.
