Graduate Process Development Engineer > Process Engineer I

I studied BEng (Hons) Mechanical and Medical Engineering at University of Hull in the UK. The graduate programme has provided me with the opportunity to enhance my technical aptitude, teamwork and project management skills while working on fast paced Urology and Cardiac Rhythm Management projects. Collaborating with R&D, Quality and Manufacturing engineers across multiple projects has broadened and deepened my understanding of regulatory processes involved in developing a medical device. I have since Progressed to a Process Engineer 1 role which has provided me with the opportunity to become a process owner, rapidly advanced my problem-solving skills and provided me with opportunities to work on documentation work.

The Employee Resource Groups at BSC Clonmel provide countless opportunities for both new and existing employees to meet friends as well as supporting the local community. I’ve really enjoyed being involved in the Young Professional Network, STEM, and Gym groups.

We are hiring highly qualified graduates across multiple disciplines and functions.
