• Requests are expected to be submitted at least 2 months prior to the event date, or the date a decision is needed.
  
• Dates and deadlines are subject to change without notice.
• Peripheral Interventions (PI) does not provide indigent care product donations at this time with the exception of TheraSphere™ Y-90 Glass Microspheres. However, we provide product donations for humanitarian missions.
  
• Peripheral Interventions is not accepting Fellowship applications at this time.
