Designed with proprietary dual-layer silicone, the Tactra™ Penile Prosthesis is a natural feeling malleable constructed around a Nitinol core to optimize rigidity, durability and concealment. 

Tactra™ Cylinders:

Axial Rigidity

A powerful Nitinol core gives the Tactra Penile Prosthesis the axial rigidity and column strength for a pair of cylinders to withstand 5.5 times the 1.1 pounds of pressure required for vaginal intromission.¹

Durability

Tactra™ cylinders are cycled from 0 to 90° bend for 100,000 operating cycles without mechanical failure; this is equivalent to twice the expected device life of 10 years.¹

Simplicity:

• Simplified cylinder sizing addresses the widest spectrum of patient anatomy¹
• Cut-to-length sizing, single-box configuration contains cylinders and Rear Tip Extenders (RTEs) together
