Using an Access Sheath in a Patient with Medullary Sponge Kidney Disease

A 46-year-old patient with a history of recurrent urinary tract infections and pyelonephritis presented with medullary sponge kidney disease. Dr. Miller summarizes the complexities of the case and discusses why a staged ureteroscopy was her preferred operative technique.
