Employee Community Teams

Employee Community Teams (ECTs) are volunteers based in the United States or Puerto Rico, in key regions supported by the Boston Scientific Foundation. Members evaluate regional grant proposals from charitable organizations twice a year and make funding recommendations to the Board of Directors. Employee engagement through ECTs provides opportunities for peer networking and meaningful involvement in charitable giving to local causes.

“Connecting with organizations one-on-one to review their grants and help share their stories has been so rewarding. The Employee Community Team takes their role in this process very seriously and does it with care and pride.” - Heather, Minnesota
