David “Dave” Habiger has been a director of Boston Scientific since July 2024. Mr. Habiger is the president and chief executive officer of J.D. Power, a position he has held since March 2018. Prior to joining J.D. Power, he founded and was a partner of Silicon Media Partners beginning in January 2016 and was a venture partner at Pritzker Group from January 2013 to October 2019. Mr. Habiger served as chief executive officer of Textura Corporation through its sale to Oracle in June of 2016 and served as the chief executive officer of NDS through its sale to Cisco in July 2012. Earlier in his career, he joined Sonic Solutions in 1996 and held positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as its chief executive officer through its sale to Rovi Corporation in early 2011. Mr. Habiger is a director on the Chicago Federal Reserve Board where he serves on the Governance, Human Resources and SABOR (Systems Activities, Bank Operations and Risk) Committees. He is also a director of several public and private boards and a member of the board of trustees at Rush University Medical Center. Habiger received an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Norbert College.
