Women's Network LATAM: He for She
In 2018, the Latin America chapter of the Women's Network hosted a unique career development initiative called He for She, which focused on the importance of allies supporting women throughout their education and careers. Employees heard from external speakers and were educated on the importance of mentorship, sponsorship and expanding their networks.
2018 PRISM Congress
The Boston Scientific Japan PRISM Women's Network chapter is focused on advancing women in business. Last year, PRISM held its third annual congress and brought together female employees and their managers to discuss the current state of women in the workforce, plan and set goals for improvement and discuss how everyone can make an impact.
