SAIL Diwali Celebrations
Each year, SAIL plans and hosts a Diwali celebration across the organization. Diwali is known as the Hindu festival of lights and represents the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil, knowledge over ignorance and hope over despair. In 2018, more than 425 employees participated in the celebration and deepened their cultural awareness.
SAIL Marlborough: Health Camps
The Marlborough, MA, chapter of SAIL exemplified Boston Scientific values with their second global health camp in India. The 2018 camp was focused on promoting health awareness and access. SAIL worked with employees in India to identify a local elementary school in need and provided the students and their families with health education, dental and eye screenings and vaccinations.
SAIL Twin Cities: Connect Asia
SAIL Twin Cities was a proud sponsor of the India Association of Minnesotas Connect Asia event for the third consecutive year. The theme was Reaching Out & Reaching Back: Mentoring, Networking and Coaching. SAIL invited their executive sponsor to join them and participate on a panel to discuss how Boston Scientific takes professional development and relationship building seriously.
