2018 Global Bridge Leadership Conference
Each year, the Bridge ERG hosts an annual Global Leadership Conference. In 2018, the theme of the event was Now and Next. More than 250 employees representing all businesses, functions and levels of the organization attended. The event offered opportunities for career development, networking and insights from Boston Scientific leaders.
Bay Area Bridge: International Day of Friendship
On July 30th the California Bay Area chapters of Bridge and PEARL collaborated to host an International Day of Friendship. The event brought employees together to learn about cultural differences, increase awareness on important customs and forge new relationships.
Bridge Valencia: Bridge to the Future
In Valencia, CA, Bridge conducted its annual "Bridge to the Future" education program. The nine-month program offers local black high school students an opportunity to gain exposure to STEM careers and develop professional skills. This year, 27 students participated and gained hands-on experience in programming, coding and robotics.
