AVVIGOTM+ Multi-Modality Guidance System

A leap forward in PCI technology*

*Compared to POLARIS technology

AVVIGO™+ Fast. Intuitive. Accurate.

AVVIGO+ is Boston Scientific's streamlined multi-modality guidance platform that is designed to enhance the intravascular imaging (IVUS) and physiology experience - Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) / Diastolic Hyperemia-Free Ratio (DFR). Designed to be fast, intuitive and accurate, it integrates PCI guidance tools into one easy-to-use system, users across the cathlab can perform faster, more efficient procedures than before.

Automated Lesion Assessment (ALATM)

Automated Lesion Assessment (ALA) uses machine learning technology to automatically deliver visualization of vessel/lumen borders, key frame markers, and the vessel profile with a high degree of accuracy1. ALA not only helps to strategically plan out a case, but also allows physicians to override IVUS vessel measurements if necessary.

Fast pullback

image

Automatic pullback now includes faster speeds up to 8mm/s compared to that of POLARIS, allowing for quicker vessel imaging without reducing image quality.

Side-by-side comparison of 0.5mm/s vs 8.0mm/s IVUS pullback

Note - Pullbacks are done for two different vessels.

PhysioMapTM

PhysioMap is designed to allow continuous DFR measurements across a vessel over time. Instead of manually measuring DFR values at different segments of the vessels, physicians can now pullback the COMET II pressure wire and the system will plot the DFR value over a trendline. This feature is helpful for identifying lesion types such as focal or diffuse lesions.

Tableside Control (TSC)

image

With an integrated AVVIGO+ system, TSC will now give the operator control of IVUS and Physiology measurements from a table mounted tablet covered by a sterile drape. The 15'' tablet has impressive touch response and still maintains its high quality images.
