IVUS-guided PCIs

When compared to angiography-guided PCIs, IVUS-guided PCIs have consistently demonstrated to improve patient outcomes.

Clinical evidence

RENOVATE-COMPLEX-PCI RCT1

Intravascular image-guided PCIs led to 36% reduced risks in TVF when compared to angiography-guided PCIs.

ULTIMATE RCT2

At 3 years, the primary endpoint of TVF was 40% lesser in the IVUS-guided PCI compared to the angio-guided PCI grpup. Optimal IVUS-guided PCIs also had 56% reduced risks of TVF compared to suboptimal IVUS-guided PCIs.

IVUS XPL RCT3

At 5 years, the MACE primary endpoint was 50% lower in the IVUS-guided PCI group compared to the angio-guided PCI group.
