Giving Together (2018)

Our “Giving Together” initiatives aim to offer women and children access to “Education and Health”, especially to underprivileged and marginalized communities.

In March 2018, Boston Scientific India Private Limited along with their families visited orphanages and schools for the purpose of distributing school uniforms, stationery, school bags and creativity materials and touched the hearts of 354 underprivileged children across 6 cities in India.

Heart Health Education for the children of the Government School, Silokhera, Gurgaon ( 2018)

Heart Health awareness session was conducted by Boston Scientific India at Government School, Silokhera, Gurgaon. It was followed by distribution of stationary and school bags to all the Children.

Serving the Community - Season of Giving (2019)

December 2019 recorded the coldest winters that Delhi NCR Region witnessed in over a century, hence the team visited schools run by charitable trusts for the purpose of distributing school uniforms and sweaters.

This gesture brought warmth to the hearts and bodies of 650 underprivileged children.

 

Contributing towards SOS Village - CARING IS OUR DNA (2019)

Boston Scientific India contributed funds towards 9 families at the FSP Programme designed to prevent orphan children from losing parental care and getting abandoned.  

Homes were created for children who have lost their families, by training a mother for 2 years and bringing up 10 children under her.

The initiative contributed towards the overall education expenditure of 19 children in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh comprising their school fee, transportation cost, uniforms, books, stationary & extracurricular activities for an year.
